Next September 26, registration of integrated services cards for people with various disabilities at Sohag University
Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, announced that integrated services cards for people with various disabilities will be registered and issued at the Nour Al-Basira Center for People with Disabilities at the university, through a joint committee from the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Egyptian Red Crescent, next Tuesday, corresponding to September 26th.
Al-Nomani confirmed that this comes in implementation of the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to overcome all difficulties facing people with disabilities and facilitate their easy access to integrated services. The old integrated services cards will also be reissued through the committee for the Solidarity and Dignity pension and the disability pension.
Dr. Imad Al-Sawineh, Director of the Center, added that this service is not only for students of Sohag University, but for all those who wish from the Sohag community (all centers, villages, and hamlets) without being restricted by age or education, stressing the necessity of bringing a medical report that was extracted during the past three years, starting in March. 2019 AD to date from a government hospital, 2 copies of an ID card or birth certificate for children, 2 copies of a guardian’s card, and 3 personal photos.
Dr. Salma Abdel Moneim, Deputy Director of the Center, explained that in the absence of a medical report, the committee will refer the person to the appropriate place with an official letter to prepare a medical report for him, noting that the campaign is charged with completing card procedures and registration will be done for free and without any fees.
