The President of Sohag University meets with the company implementing the final preparations for the central administration building at the new headquarters
Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, met with Engineer Hani Seif, representative of the company executing the work of equipping and furnishing the central administration building at the new headquarters, to follow up on the implementation mechanisms and immediately start the final preparations, in the presence of Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and the accountant Ashraf Al-Qadi. Secretary General of the University, and Engineer Hussein Muhammadin, Director of the Engineering Department, in the University President’s Office on the old campus.
The university president stressed that the central administration building is one of the new construction projects being implemented on the university’s new land, to complete the university’s educational system and achieve its strategic goals, adding that it was agreed during the meeting on the work related to the furnishings and equipment for the building.
Engineer Hussein Mohamedin added that the central administration building and its annexes are located on an area of 8,500 square meters at a cost exceeding 183.5 million pounds. It consists of a basement, a ground floor, and 5 upper floors. It includes the university president’s office, the university council hall, and subsidiary meeting rooms, in addition to the offices of university leaders and various departments. .
It is worth noting that Dr. Hassan Al-Nomani and Engineer Hani Saif conducted an inspection tour of the building to follow up on the progress of the final preparations and determine the implementation rates to begin furnishing the building.
