Sohag University offers 217 free scholarships to Sinai students
Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, stated that 217 free scholarships have been allocated to the people of Sinai, in the university’s various faculties in its old and new campuses, stressing that the university is keen to support successful students in high school from Sinai, and provide them with free study opportunities, in implementation of According to the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Supreme Council of Universities, to provide all necessary capabilities for our children to continue the educational process and integrate them into society.
Dr. Abdel Nasser Yassin, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, added that the scholarships provided to the people of Sinai are distributed as follows: 15 scholarships in the Faculty of Commerce, 24 scholarships in the Faculty of Al-Alsun, 10 scholarships in the Faculty of Arts and candidates from the Coordination Office, 5 scholarships in the Faculty of Engineering, 27 scholarships in the Faculty of Science, In addition to 75 scholarships in the College of Agriculture, 10 scholarships in the College of Veterinary Medicine, 30 scholarships in the College of Technology and Education, 20 scholarships in the College of Medicine, and a scholarship in the College of Pharmacy, in addition to providing scholarships for 1% of the number of those accepted to the College of Nursing through the coordination office.
