Based on the directives of the Minister of Higher Education, Al-Noamani confirms the readiness of Sohag University Hospitals to provide medical support to the wounded in the Gaza Strip.
Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, confirmed the readiness of Sohag University Hospitals, in its old and new campuses, to provide all aspects of medical support to the wounded from the Gaza Strip, and the readiness of all emergency department equipment and auxiliary departments to work with high efficiency, in implementation of the directives of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Research. Scientific, to provide the highest level of medical care and rapid response to cases that require urgent medical intervention.
Al-Noamani said that the political leadership pays great attention to developing the medical sector and health services to provide all distinguished therapeutic services to citizens, noting that Sohag university hospitals enjoy the trust of citizens due to the high-quality health services they provide.
Al-Noamani added that Sohag University Hospitals provide the bulk of the medical service within the health services system in Upper Egypt governorates, providing no less than 70% of health and therapeutic services, especially major and skilled surgical operations, and it also possesses an elite group of professors specialized in all fields.
