*In implementation of the comprehensive development plan for Sohag University facilities… rehabilitating the old headquarters at a cost of 6 million pounds*
Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, conducted an inspection tour to follow up on the rehabilitation work of the old campus, accompanied by Dr. Abdel Nasser Yassin, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Khaled Omran, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Magdy Al-Qadi, Dean of the Faculty of Human Medicine, and Dr. Ahmed Galal, Assistant Secretary-General of the University, and Dr. Yasser Abdel Fattah, Director-General of Administrative Affairs.
Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani stressed that the rehabilitation and maintenance work of the old university campus comes within the framework of the comprehensive development plan for the university’s facilities, in order to continuously renew and modernize it to ensure improving the level of services it provides to all its employees, noting that the development work cost 6 million pounds, noting the necessity of Follow up the work and ensure permanent maintenance and maximize the use of the university’s capabilities, in a manner consistent with the scientific and educational character of the university.
Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani directed the rapid completion of all maintenance and renovation work for the campus buildings, which includes changing the water network through the Sohag Water and Sanitation Company, rehabilitating cafeterias, designing gardens, maintaining pergolas, and coordinating them in an aesthetic manner befitting the available spaces, in addition to raising efficiency. Cleaning companies, removing any accumulated waste or debris from construction operations.
