To Support Innovation and Innovators.. Taiko office at Sohag University organize a field visit to the Al-Kawthar Industrial Zone in the Governorate
Prof. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, stated that the university’s Taiko office organized a field visit to the Al-Kawthar industrial zone in the governorate, with the aim of linking innovation and scientific research with industrial reality, and highlighting the use of creative thinking and technology towards achieving the national strategy of the Egyptian state, in the field of industrial localization and increasing the local component.
This is in line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to support innovators, and the practical application of their innovations and marketing them to implement them on the ground.
Dr. Moataz Atta, Director of Technology and Innovation Transfer and Marketing Offices (TAICO) at the university, explained that during the visit, meetings were held with specialized engineers, and ways of cooperation with the university were discussed to link scientific research with industry and society, in addition to identifying the technological and industrial challenges that company owners may face.
