Maintaining job budget records and qualitative records for faculty members and college employees.

 Studying the college’s needs of faculty members, their assistants, and employees. 

Taking the initial measures to appoint faculty members and their assistants in terms of receiving applications for appointment, arranging applicants and presenting them to the College Council. 

Taking the procedures for the assignment of teaching from outside the college.  Take the procedures for granting all types of licenses and keep the necessary records for this.

  Taking action to impose sanctions. 

Keeping records of salaries and bonuses for faculty members, their assistants, and employees

Taking the necessary measures to receive new appointees and returnees from special leave, secondments, scientific missions, and study leaves.

 Following up on absentees and dropouts and take the necessary measures towards them.

 Taking the procedures for nomination for promotional allowances and notify the university administration of them. 

Taking the procedures for terminating the service of faculty members, their assistants, and employees.  Supervising the taking of the necessary measures for cases of injury during work and the disbursement of funeral expenses and death grants. 

Reviewing the pension settlement procedure and end-of-service benefits for faculty members and employees. 

Paying the government’s share, the worker’s share, replacement and secondment installments, and the period to the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions.
