One country at a time.<br \/>\n\u2013 For international students nominated for scholarships, they are accepted into Egyptian universities in regular departments and divisions only, and if one of them wishes to enroll in a special study program with tuition fees, the student pays the tuition fees and expenses imposed on foreign students at their own expense for the same program.<br \/>\n\u2013 The prescribed scholarships are distributed to all universities throughout the Republic, within the limits of the universities\u2019 capacity, in proportion to the number of incoming students at their own expense.<br \/>\n\u2013 International students whose acceptance has been approved by the Presidency of the Republic are not entitled to benefit from scholarships or apply for an exemption or reduction in tuition fees and expenses imposed on foreign students in foreign currency, with the exception of students receiving Agency for Development scholarships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<br \/>\n\u2013 Universities provide the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research \u2013 the Central Administration for International Student Affairs \u2013 with a statement of students who are recruited at the expense of Nile Basin programs or agreements, European Union projects, a foreign grant through joint projects, training courses in Arabic language centers at universities, or any training. Short-term, accompanied by a copy of the concluded agreement or exchange letters with foreign universities, in addition to copies of students\u2019 passports for approval by the competent authority.<br \/>\n\u2013 Scholarship students from African countries (Anglophone \u2013 Francophone) are exempted from tuition fees in the language departments of Egyptian university faculties, except for new programs, in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities at its session on 8\/19\/2017.<br \/>\n\u2013 It is not permissible to exchange some or all of the number of university scholarships offered for postgraduate scholarships or vice versa.<br \/>\n\u2013 It is not permissible to postpone the implementation of scholarships for which nominations have been approved from one academic year to the following year except after presenting them to the competent committee.<br \/>\n\u2013 The scholarship will be forfeited if the student does not benefit from it in the year of nomination, and it will not be replaced by another student.<br \/>\nConditions for applying for the grant.<br \/>\n\u2013 The student applying for the scholarship must be academically excellent and meet the minimum requirement (70% high school diploma (for the undergraduate stage \u2013 good grade for the postgraduate levels).<br \/>\n\u2013 The maximum age is available (19 for university level \u2013 26 years for master\u2019s \u2013 32 for doctorate).<br \/>\n\u2013 Submitting a research proposal for those wishing to enroll in postgraduate studies.<br \/>\n\u2013 Submit the documents and information required for submission.<br \/>\n\u2013 Write a good personal letter.<br \/>\n\u2013 Submit at least two letters of recommendation, along with providing the recommenders\u2019 information (phone \u2013 email) to communicate with them when needed.<br \/>\n\u2013 Submit a detailed CV.<br \/>\n\u2013 Conducting a personal interview via Zoom or phone, according to the available mechanism, for those initially selected from the evaluation and selection committee.<br \/>\nCriteria for comparison between applicants\/candidates for the scholarship.<br \/>\n\u2013 Preference is given to those with the highest grades.<br \/>\n\u2013 Priority is given to the student applying for the scholarship only (without applying at private expense).<br \/>\n\u2013 Priority is given to the youngest.<br \/>\n\u2013 For postgraduate studies, priority is given to those who have approval to study from an Egyptian university, or a highly ranked foreign university.<br \/>\nReasons for cutting or reducing the scholarship (unless the student has a compelling excuse approved by the College Council):<br \/>\n\u2013 If the student is rejected by the relevant authorities.<br \/>\n\u2013 Failure to register regularly in the maximum number of academic subjects in each semester and according to the specialization requirements.<br \/>\n\u2013 Failing or the student not achieving the required academic level (good).<br \/>\n\u2013 The student who fails will pay 100% of the tuition fees for the year following the year of failure.<br \/>\n\u2013 Those with an overall grade of less than good must pay 50% of their tuition fees for the following year.<br \/>\n\u2013 The full scholarship will be resumed if the student achieves a good grade in the year following the scholarship\u2019s termination.<br \/>\n\u2013 If the student is convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.<br \/>\nIncentive grants:<br \/>\n\u2013 Granting the top graduates of international students at the university level who have not previously received scholarships, a 50% reduction in the value of tuition fees for postgraduate studies, to encourage them to complete their studies in postgraduate studies at their personal expense in Egyptian universities.<br \/>\n\u2013 Granting all international graduates (non-first-year students) at the undergraduate level a 25% reduction in the value of tuition fees for the postgraduate level, to encourage them to complete their studies at postgraduate
